“We had Creative Environments construct two decks, a large patio area, and a swim/spa (massive hot tub for 30 people) on a near barren hillside which was the backyard of our house. In addition to the hardscape work, an artificial turn golf putting green and level backyard was designed and created. In order to reduce noise pollution, the water heater, filter, pumps, and lighting controls were placed in a specially constructed near-sound proof underground "bunker".

The final result was spectacular and our family has enjoyed constant use of the masterful creation. Only time can verify the quality and enduring value of anything such as this and we can say the workmanship and creativity is absolutely top notch eight years after our project was completed.

When we called Chuck he was very willing to provide some direction with getting started. He recommended a fantastic designer who built plans to our liking. We got 3 other bids (for comparison). Chucks quote was a little on the higher end (not the highest) but he does high quality work that we weren't seeing from anyone else.

Our spa turned out amazing. Stone veneer with a hidden waterfall, lighting, pebble tech finish and we can control everything from our smartphone. Chuck has great communication skills (via email, phone and text) and keeps us informed of every aspect of the project. He was on the job site almost everyday and included us when needed.
